I was expecting to receive an e-mail notification but I never received one. What should I do?

First try checking your SPAM folder. If you don't find the expected email in your SPAM filter, please sign in to your account and confirm you added your email correctly. If needed, you can change your e-mail address to rectify the problem.

If you do find the email in your SPAM folder, please move the email back to your inbox and flag the email 'Not Junk' (if your email client provides that option). Going forward, future email should be delivered to your inbox.
